Halo Health Lab provides concierge IV therapy, NAD+, and peptide programs through licensed clinicians. By booking a visit, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, are physically present in our service area, and have provided accurate health information during intake. We reserve the right to refuse, reschedule, or modify any service based on clinical judgment.
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before your scheduled visit at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee. Service-specific refund and rescheduling terms are disclosed at the time of booking and form part of these terms.
All services are subject to medical screening, informed consent, and applicable state regulations. Halo Health Lab does not guarantee any specific outcomes, and information shared during a visit is for educational purposes only and not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment of any condition.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Halo Health Lab, its clinicians, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, content, or services. Clinical care is provided by licensed professionals operating within their scope of practice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will first be addressed through good-faith discussion and, if unresolved, through binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas.
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be reflected by a revised “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of halohealthlab.com or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
