We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our internal benchmark for halohealthlab.com. Our design, development, and content teams consider accessibility from the start of every project, and we test the experience regularly across modern browsers and assistive technologies.
Our site is designed with semantic structure, sufficient color contrast, keyboard navigation, descriptive alternative text for meaningful imagery, clear focus states, and responsive layouts that work across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices. We also avoid relying on color alone to convey important information.
Where third-party tools — such as booking, payment, or video platforms — are integrated into the site, we work with vendors that share our accessibility commitments. We test these embedded experiences with the rest of the site and request fixes when issues are identified.
We know that even with these efforts, some users may experience difficulty accessing parts of our site. If you encounter content that's hard to use with assistive technology — or that doesn't meet accessibility standards — please let us know so we can address it.
When you report an issue, please include the page URL, a brief description of the problem, your operating system, browser, and any assistive technology you're using. This information helps us reproduce the issue and prioritize a fix as quickly as possible.
